Warranty Terms

1. Exclusion from Statutory Warranty This warranty is a voluntary service offered by the manufacturer and supplements your statutory warranty rights. It does not limit these in any way. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

2. Warranty Period We offer a manufacturer's warranty of (varies by product) starting from the date of purchase as noted on your invoice.

3. Scope of Warranty The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under normal use of the product. In the event of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with a defect-free one.

5. Exclusions from Warranty The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper handling, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions for use. Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by external influences (e.g., falling, water, fire). Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
