Warranty Conditions

  1. Distinction from legal warranty This warranty is a voluntary service provided by the manufacturer and supplements your statutory warranty rights. It does not limit these in any way. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

  2. Warranty Period We provide a manufacturer's warranty (varying by product) from the date of purchase, which is noted on your invoice.

  3. Scope of Warranty The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product. In the event of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with a non-defective product.

  4. Conditions for Claiming To claim the warranty, the proof of purchase (invoice) is required. Please report the defect in writing by email to [email protected].

  5. Exclusions from Warranty Excluded from warranty are:

Damage due to improper handling, neglect, or failure to follow the operating instructions. Normal wear and tear. Damage due to external influences (e.g., fall, water, fire). Tampering or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
