Here you can withdraw from your contract easily — without an account, without giving reasons and without prior approval. You will receive confirmation of receipt without undue delay by email.

Information on returns & costs

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For oversized products (e-scooters, e-bikes) which cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated return costs are up to €80 for e-scooters and up to €120 for e-bikes.

You may also send the product back yourself. We will send you the applicable return address by email once your withdrawal has been confirmed; it may differ from the address stated in our legal notice.
